For testing of water (potable) every unit of water supply in their covered area ,like Delhi Jal Board in your case have testing unit always. you can contact and enquire about the District lab. where these testing fecilities are avaialble. Besided this there are universities lab and konwledge centres where you can have water quality tested. You can also contact PHED for testing.

प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में दिल्ली जल बोर्ड जैसी प्रत्येक इकाई की जल परीक्षण लैब होती है, आप जिला स्तर की प्रयोगशाला में भी पता कर सकते हैं, जहां इस तरह की परीक्षण सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त विश्व विद्यालयों और नोलेज सेंटर में में जल परीक्षण प्रयोगशालाएं होती हैं जहां आप पानी की जांच कर सकते हैं। इस संबंध में आप पीएचईडी में भी पता कर सकते हैं।
