Dear Rizwan,There are so many diseases by water. these can be categorise as diseases due to bacterial contamination and diseases due to chemical contamination. our country is facing both the above mentioned problems. Some Bacteriological contaminated diseases are- Diarhea, Dysentry, Jundice, Cholera, Typhoid etc. and some Chemical contamination diseases are Fluorosis, Ulser in skin, Blue baby Syndrome, Arseniosis, Cancer, Stomach problems etcपानी से होने वाली बहुत सी बीमारियां हैं जिंहें अलग अलग श्रेणियों में बांटा जा सकता है- बैक्टीरिया के संदूषण से होने वाली बीमारियां और रासायनिक संदूषण से होने वाली बीमारियां।बैक्टीरिया से होने वाली कुछ बीमारियां -डायरिया, डिसेंट्री, पीलिया, हैजा, टायफाइड आदि।रासायनिक प्रदूषण से होने वाली बीमारियां- फ्लोरोसिस, त्वचा का अल्सर, ब्लू बेबी सिंड्रोम(नीले बच्चे), आर्सेनिओसिस, कैंसर, पेट की बीमारियां आदि।पवित्र सिंह
